It's been the summer of sisters for Main Street Productions!  We love being a part of a family through multiple celebrations!  Katie and Andy were married this summer at Swann Lake Stables.  Even though they knew each other in High School, it wasn't until Sophomore year at Auburn that the two (finally) started dating.  Weddings where the bridal party all know each other always makes for the most fun receptions!

We first met this family years ago when Lauren Pettus Harrell married her sweetheart, Trey. It was a fun, over-the-top wedding with every single resident of Montgomery in attendance.

When little sister, Jordan Pettus Schroeder got engaged to Chad, we were excited to get the call from mom, Teresa. She loves her girls so much! Naturally the town would be talking about Jordan's wedding as well. And rightfully so. Edelweiss Design House created such an elegant and gorgeous event at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club. After a beautiful wedding ceremony at Vestavia Hills Baptist Church, Elizabeth and Kyle headed to one of our favorite reception venues.  The Club, while overlooking the city of Birmingham, always is the perfect choice for brides!  It's gorgeous!  And this wedding was no exception.

Ginna is one of those people that you can see across the room and instantly know that you are going to love her.  She has a smile that can light up any darkness!  We were so honored when she and Ty chose Main Street to be a part of their wedding.  From the lovely flowers by Lillie Jane to dancing the night away with wedding band Az-Izz, the day was flawless.  That might have also had something to do with wedding planner, Anita Kanellis. Watch the video and see Ginna's dad serenading his bride on stage with the band.  I'm so glad that we were there to capture that PRICELESS moment.

What do you do when you arrive to your wedding reception and there's no power.  Like none.  Well if you are Julia and Harrison's friends and family, you party like nothing is wrong.  AG Lighting had some battery powered lights for the dance floor, we had our video lights and thankfully the band was able to run a LONG extension cord. Sure it was hot.  But that didn't stop the fun!
