Engaged, A Wedding Library located at 1018 Oxmoor Road in Homewood, AL, is the perfect place to go for valuable resources while planning your wedding.  Sure, you can find loads of information online, but sometimes, sitting down with someone and letting them help you organize your things-to-do list is invaluable.  And the ladies at Engaged are really great at being that calming presence in your life.

Twice a year they do Sweet Saturday.  Sweet Saturday allows you to sample cake bites from several different bakeries in the Birmingham area.  This month they have 5 artists featured - Dreamcakes (Homewood), Evelyn Criswell Catering (Springville), Cakes by Kim (McCalla), Pastry Art Bake Shoppe (Inverness and Homewood), and Olexa's (Mountain Brook).  

Not only will it save you time picking the perfect cake artist for your wedding day, but it is also a pretty fun day too!  Mark your calendar for this Saturday (February 21) from 11 - 3.  I'm told no appointment is necessary for this wonderful (and free) event!  Thanks Engaged ladies!  Main Street loves you!
